Conservatory Extension & Renovation of 1950's Terraced House

This ex local authority terraced property to the north of Cambridge underwent significant renovation works.

To begin, we built a bespoke conservatory incorporating 4.5m long bi-fold doors and the largest argon filled double glazed units available each measuring in at 3 by 2metres, were installed to form a 4 by 3 metre clear glass ceiling.

The new conservatory and new office space, which was created by converting what once were sheds, was heated by installing polyplumb underfloor heating.

A new kitchen was fitted to the property and the floors throughout the new office, rear lobby and open plan kitchen-diner and conservatory were finished in slate.  New oak floors were also fitted to the front lounge and the entrance lobby.

To finish we hung new doors throughout the property, installed a new bathroom and finished the property in white paint for a clean aesthetic.
